Cityside Living — I have lived at Cityside for almost 9 years now and wouldn’t live anywhere else. The property is extremely well maintained. This property has everything you could want. I would like to give an outstanding review for some of the employees Don , our night shift person, he goes above and beyond for our residences. Freddy ,our head maintenance leader is outstanding. He keeps this property in pristine condition, and finally Lisa . She is a new addition, . Lisa always has a smile and is always busy planning great activities for us. Like the name applies we are living in the City , side by side

Little did I know when I moved into Cityside just as it was opening in late 2016 that I would live there for the next 9 years! While I watched the evolution of this building, the changing of its residents and management staff over the years, one thing remained the same, it just always felt like home. That certainly is rare for an apartment building these days. Clean, safe, extremely accessible and perfect for the downtown Sarasota lifestyle. The maintenance staff has always been stellar, as well as the close community vibes. Although the rising cost to live here, ultimately played a factor into my decision to leave, I would still highly recommend Cityside. The resident demographic is much older these days, compared to when it first opened, and many more younger professional could afford to live here.

CitySide is a great place to live! It’s close to the city center, a short drive to the beach, and so many restaurants and other venues are within walking distance. All of the common areas are very well kept! Hot breakfast on Saturday is the best! The staff is very helpful and accommodating! We enjoy CitySide living! It’s city living without the noise! 😍
